Following the discovery call, I’ll ask a few more in-depth questions to better understand your business and operations, expectations, and the scope of your project(s). This step allows me to identify how I can best support you, clarify which services are needed, and determine the timeline, contract details, and overall investment for your virtual design support.

Next, we will hop on a call to solidify the scope of work + confirm exactly how I will support you. Based on our earlier conversations, I will outline the specific services that best align with your project needs. This step ensures we’re fully aligned before moving forward with onboarding.

Onboarding is the final step before we dive into the work. Once the scope, timeline, and service package are approved, you will receive a welcome email outlining everything you need to know to officially kick things off!

Deliverables refer to the items you will receive as part of your Virtual Design Assistance package. These include mood boards, product sourcing links, floor plans, AutoCAD drawings, or visual guides—tailored to your specific project needs. Each deliverable is created to give you clear direction and confidence as you bring the design to life at your own pace.

As we wrap up your project and design support services, you will receive any final notes and your final invoice. Whether this was a one-time project or part of an ongoing collaboration, you are always welcome to reach back out for continued support as your needs evolve—we’re here when you need us! 🙂
